As the latest addition to our RARE flagship series, this release is designed for curious collectors and discerning whisky drinkers seeking something genuinely distinctive. It is a whisky of character, precision and inventive flavour architecture. What makes this release different is the cask. At its core is our organic Danish single malt, made from 100% organic Danish barley. Before it held whisky, this barrel held our Orange Gin. What remained in the wood was subtle – a trace of fresh citrus oils.
As the whisky matured, it absorbed that memory with remarkable balance. The
result is a profile not of sweetness, but of brightness and elegance. This is where
the whisky finds its distinctive profile. A meeting point between malt, oak and citrus – clean and vivid, without bitterness. Exclusively created for the Hong Kong Whisky Festival 2026.
