- 2021 - Scottish Borders, created in the old Macallan style of the 1990s, with Golden Promise barley and sherry cask maturation from the day of distillation, these custom crafted, single malt casks in collaboration with David Robertson are unique to Rare Whisky Holdings portfolio. Cask strength of 62.3% ABV.
- 2009 - Glenkinchie - taste the Glenkinchie 2009 Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch, a bold Lowland whisky with bright fruit and vanilla notes that hits at 53.9% ABV.
- 2009 - Peated Glenturret (Roadh Moar) - Peated single malt from famed distillery Glenturret, sampled straight from the cask for a strong initial hit of smoke with a layer of sweetness that balances the boldness, with a 61.1% ABV.
- 2008 - Highland Park - Hailing from the northernmost island in Scotland, Orkney Island, 2008 expression, robust single malt at a fiery 60.9% ABV with a sweet and smoky nose of vanilla and peat. Its rich palate brings soft toffee, honey, and citrus notes perfect for those who love a bold, unfiltered dram.
